My current REO TEAM is capable of completing up to 15 Broker Price Opinions (BPOs) weekly, and we have maintenance staff to handle lawn maintenance, general cleanup, and re-keying as needed. We are also well versed and accomplished at Cash for Keys (CFK), for the occupants of REO Properties. Experience: I have been a full time practicing Realtor since 1992. My REO Team and I have been buying and selling foreclosure properties since 1993. My REO Team and I have been listing and selling REO Properties as well as processing BPOs for HomeQ since 2004. This includes performing weekly inspections, scheduling maintenance, and performing Monthly Status Reports.
